一、設備工藝流程 Euipment Process

全自動折疊口罩一體機是用于生產折疊口罩生產線的全自動機器,采用超超波技術,將3~6層PP無紡布、活性炭濾材以及過濾材料等部品進行熔接.整套設備經過無紡布熔接,耳帶熔接、印刷、對折、封邊、滾切等一體化全自動折疊生產工藝,可加工3M9001、9002等和其它折疊口罩.依據產品需求所選用的原材料可以生產出達到如FFP1、FFP2、N95等不同的標準的口罩,全種生產無需人工參與,全自動完成生產成品.

It adopts ultra-ultra-wave technology to weld 3-6 layers of PP non-woven fabric, activated carbon filter materials and filter materials. The whole set of euipment -es non-woven fabric welding, earband welding, printing, half-folding, edge banding, rolling cutting and other integrated automatic folding production processes, which can process 3M9001, 9002 and other folding masks. The raw materials selected according to the product reuirements can produce masks that meet different standards such as FFP1, FFP2, N95, etc. The full production can be completed automatically without manual participation.

二、適應產品規格要求:

將3~6層PP無紡布、活性炭濾材料粘合,并剪切出折疊口罩本體.N95碟型口罩用于職業性呼吸防護,包括某些微生物顆粒(如病毒、細菌、霉菌、炭疽桿菌、結核桿菌等).
